Project Proposal

To create 5 large (20×26”+) pieces that explore space and place. My foundations will be constructed by chance derived processes, focusing on layering techniques of different mediums. I will scan in my ink blots and digitally layer them on top of one another. I will mount these printed pieces to a board, and continue to layer mixed mediums (acrylic paint, pastels, gloss medium) to each piece, pushing and pulling the space in a way that blurs the lines between the parallels of human biology and their environmental elements.
